Clarity Benefit Solutions Expands into Three New Markets

Clarity Benefit Solutions is thrilled to announce that we have expanded our offering into three new markets by opening sales offices in:

  • Houston, Texas
  • The Greater Washington D.C. area
  • Jacksonville, Florida

After 25+ years of success focusing on the North East and select national partnerships, we are very excited to introduce ourselves in new markets.

How We Got Here

Over the past few years we have been growing at 30% or more each year. That recent growth can be attributed to two factors: our products, and our people.

Our innovative product suite – featuring products like Quick Claim, Ready For Life HSA, and robust ben admin options - gives us the ability to simplify complex benefit challenges. This capability has attracted clients to Clarity from across the country.

We’ve also welcomed a number of experienced industry professionals to our team. Our team members have an average of 5 years of industry experience. This is true in all departments ranging from service to sales implementation. Our staff's knowledge coupled with their eagerness to learn new concepts and interact with new people has broadened our capabilities tremendously.

Some of the recently added team members that will be spearheading our new markets include:

Howard Block

            Howard will be representing Clarity in the Houston area.  Howard has more than 25 years of industry experience in the insurance carrier, broker, and TPA space.  He was a top national performer in his various roles.  In his spare time, Howard enjoys watching (as well as acting in) live theater, Houston sports, and playing double headers in his weekly softball league.

Christopher Kinley

            Chris will be representing Clarity in the Jacksonville, FL area.  Chris has more than 25 years of industry experience in the insurance carrier, general agent, and TPA space.  He was a top national performer in multiple prior roles.  Outside of work, Chris enjoys a good game of golf, cheering on the Jacksonville Jaguars and Atlanta Braves, and helping his daughter with the responsibilities of having a new puppy in the house.

Elizabeth O’Colmain

            Liz will be representing Clarity in the Greater Washington D.C. area.  Liz has more than 20 years of industry experience in the benefits technology and insurance carrier space.  Liz has a great knowledge of the ben admin space and has been a sales leader throughout her carrier, assuming roles with increasing responsibility. In her spare time, Liz enjoys world travel and is a nature enthusiast (as well as a diehard England soccer fan).

Where We Are Going

 Our unique combination of innovative solutions and great service has elicited an overwhelmingly positive response from brokers and employers.  Our plan is to bring our solution high caliber people and products to even more markets, while reinvesting in the formula that has allowed us to grow and stand out. Tapping into new markets with a reputation of satisfaction and excellence solidifies our position as a hotbed for consumer benefits. We plan to re-invest time and money into our people and their career growth, so we can continue to grow our team of seasoned veterans.

Clarity plans to expand more on a national level. We will continue to tap into new markets and staff additional sales offices with experienced, high-quality people. We’ll continue to provide meaningful benefits solutions for today’s challenges that will create opportunities for the future.

What to Expect

While we continue to grow, we are placing an emphasis on maintaining the highest standards.  Our first order of business is to reinvest in the people that have helped us achieve our current level of success.  It is very rewarding to see our teammates achieve new goals, earn promotions, and grow into roles of increasing responsibility through expertise.

 

We will also be investing in our product suite.  This includes improving our existing services as well as exploring new ways to simplify healthcare challenges. We aim to make the entire benefits lifecycle easier for brokers, employers, and individuals--while doing so with impeccable service and attention to detail.

As we grow, we will continue uphold our promise to provide industry-leading technology with dedicated customer service, while making choosing and managing benefits fun and easy.
