According to Public Health Law 3614-c and the Home Care Worker Parity Law, as an hourly Home Health Aide employed by a Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA), Licensed Home Care Service Agency (LHCSA), Long-Term Home Health Care Program (LTHHCP), Managed Care Organization (MCO) or Fiscal Intermediary (FI), you must be paid an additional amount of $3.00 - $4.09 per hour in wages, employer benefits, or a combination of the two.
