We strive to provide not only a flexible work environment but also one that fosters connection. Throughout the year, we provide many opportunities for our team members to connect and engage. In addition to our optional mediation and group fitness sessions, we host quarterly virtual and in-person town hall meetings, team building events, a book club, holiday get-togethers and fun contests.

To highlight our achievements and learn more about each other, we gather in-person once a year for our Annual Employee Summit.
