Client Management Specialist

The Client Management Specialist will assist in delivering the highest level of service to our Clarity Employers and Brokers. This position will be responsible for answering client phone calls and emails, responding to and assisting in the resolution of client questions or issues, maintaining client contact data, reviewing error logs and working on special projects as directed while always escalating issues to management as needed and cultivating strong client relationships.

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT SUPPORT

The Clarity Client Engagement Support position will assist in the execution of tasks related to consumer benefit implementations, renewals and client terminations. This position will be responsible for completing the system set up and peer reviews to ensure accuracy to deliver quality services to clients, creating Plan Documents for new and renewing clients, reviewing and submitting client enrollment files, managing e tasks related to client or service terminations, assisting client-facing teams and proactively identifying potential areas of risk or opportunity for improvement to enhance the overall client experience.
