In January of 2022, Jason Senick joined Clarity and brought with him 25 years of experience as an accomplished account/sales executive with a proven track record of tackling complex business challenges within fast-paced, high-pressure environments using timely foresight, keen judgment, and innovative ideas. As a Senior Regional Sales Manager, Jason is responsible for the southwest region including Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah. When asked why he loves selling employee benefits he said, “I make a difference in the lives of so many people as well as their families, especially when their benefits need to be utilized.”
Jason holds his BA in Psychology from Allegheny College. He specializes in organizational structuring, new business establishment, program development, seamless integration, and phenomenal growth. As well as analyzing accounting, financial, asset, inventory, payroll, P&L, and sales information to produce business forecasts and determine economic conditions for use in decision making.
Jason resides in Las Vegas, NV where he spends his time off biking, hiking, bowling, shooting darts, watching movies, and taking his dog for long walks.
