As Founder and CEO Bill oversees every aspect of the business, his passion is sales, marketing and vision. Bill’s experience in the industry spans 30 years. Bill was a partner at Electronic Accounting Systems a midsize payroll service that he sold to ADP in 1991. Bill founded Clarity Benefit Solutions (formerly BeneFlex) in 1992, over the next two decades he founded and successfully sold several companies including Total Pay, and Paylocity of N.J. Bill is a Trustee for First Star Academy and an active alumni of St. Peters University where he received a BS in accounting.
Howard is an accomplished Human Capital Management industry professional and leader with more than 30 years of experience. He has been a member of the Clarity team since 2002. Howard oversees all strategies related to operations and service delivery. Howard has a passion for innovation and encourages teams to continually pioneer new practices, resulting in consistent, high-quality experiences for brokers, employers, and participants.
Over his career, from small businesses to national accounts, Howard has worked with teams to deliver superior, technology-based services. Prior to joining Clarity, Howard was the co-founder and Vice President of Paylocity of New Jersey where he was also responsible for all operation and service outcomes. Beginning in 1987 and through 2002 Howard served as President or Managing Partner of several privately held payroll companies and was responsible for all aspects of each enterprise. Each of these firms were ultimately acquired. Howard began his career as a salesperson at Electronic Accounting Systems where he became the top selling associate and rose to the position of Sales Manager. Howard is an alumnus of American University. Away from the office, Howard can usually be found spending time supporting the interests of his three boys.
Krista Woolley is an accomplished marketing executive with over 20 years of experience in B2B/B2C marketing, marketing automation, content strategy, public relations, customer lifecycle communications, event management and business relationship management.
Through strategic marketing efforts, Krista is focused on helping grow Clarity’s marketshare, drive thought leadership, enhance our online reputation and brand equity and grow the company’s overall revenue. Krista is also responsible for overseeing both internal and external communications for Clarity.
Prior to joining Clarity, Krista lead the marketing efforts at WageWorks, helping to increase the company’s market share and driving overall revenue growth. Krista has also lead marketing efforts for FedEx Office, BNSF Railway and several other companies in the technology, transportation, retail and oil/gas industries.
Krista currently lives in Texas and is an alumni of the University of North Texas. Outside of the office Krista enjoys running and riding bikes, trying out new recipes and vacationing in Wisconsin.
Linda is the Vice President of Client Engagement at Clarity Benefit Solutions. Linda is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction and guidance to the employee benefits Implementation and Renewal teams with a focus on successful client experiences and superior client service.
Linda is a seasoned consumer benefit administration professional with nearly 30 years in the industry. Over the course of her career, she has focused on full benefits outsourcing, employee benefits and COBRA administration. Linda has successfully led highly effective national teams supporting the enterprise, strategic partner and small business market segments. Previously, Linda served as Director of Implementations for WageWorks, Inc. where she had the opportunity to oversee thousands of implementations each year.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Bridgewater State College. When away from the office, Linda enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. Linda volunteers at her daughter's school and to support the International FOP Association's race for a cure.
Linda helps develop and implement programs and projects that support the company’s vision, as well as, short and long-term goals. She has been a vital member of the team since 1999. Linda’s experience in the payroll and benefits industry spans more than 20 years. Linda’s strong technical knowledge and team focused approach helps to drive our client centric company culture.
Prior to Clarity Benefit Solutions, Linda had success working in and managing teams in the payroll industry, on Wall Street, and in the public sector. Outside of the office, Linda enjoys DIY work at home and spending time with her two children.
Eddie Larned is a 10 year veteran of the employee benefits industry. He has a strong track record of selling pre-tax consumer benefits and benefits administration technology while building a significant network of partners in the industry.
After graduating from Iona College in 2011, he started his career as a Sales and Enrollment Specialist at Choice Strategies, a consumer benefits TPA based out of Waterbury Center, VT. Working in the New York metropolitan area, he provided support to the sales team and quickly learned the ins and outs of the industry by working with employers, brokers, and general agents. After Choice Strategies was acquired by WageWorks, he was promoted to Account Executive and served as the Sales Representative for Northern New Jersey and New York.
In 2016, Eddie left WageWorks to join Beneflex which soon rebranded to Clarity Benefit Solutions. As a Regional Sales Manager he was responsible for growing sales in New York, selling primarily through broker and general agent partners and has been a major contributor in the significant organic growth that Clarity has experienced over the past five years. In 2021 Eddie was promoted to Vice President of Broker Sales at Clarity and is responsible for sales in Northern New Jersey, New York, and New England and also manages a team of experienced Sales representatives in other parts of the country.
Eddie currently resides in Westchester County, NY with his wife and son. Outside of the office he enjoys sports, traveling and spending time with his family.
Iris Negron has over 20 years of experience in various areas of Human Resources with a primary focus in the benefit industry for the last 10 years. Iris has extensive experience administering a broad range of HR functions, including but not limited to employment document drafting, employee relations, performance management, personnel policy analysis and implementation.
As Vice President of Human Resources, Iris is responsible for managing all functionalities of Human Resources at Clarity. This includes oversight as they relate to the recruitment, talent acquisitions, and employee engagement of Clarity's employees. Iris is dedicated in identifying ways she can successfully administer the organization’s human resource function while fostering a diverse workplace that enables all employees to contribute to the organization at their full potential.
Prior to joining Clarity, Iris built an HR team at a fast-growing physical therapy clinic in New Jersey, helping the start-up attain talent and build an engaging workforce.
Iris currently lives in Union County, NJ and is an alumni of John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Iris loves spending time traveling with her family and is the biggest cheerleader at both of her kids' sports events.
Shailaja Srivastava is a seasoned leader and business focused Information Technology professional with over 19 years of experience leading cross-functional global teams. She has in-depth knowledge and expertise in IT Application Development, Application Support, Project Management and Service Management. Over the course of her career, Shailaja has worked for industry leaders in Software Development and Financial Services - Tata Consultancy Services and Fiserv respectively. She has extensive experience in building, growing and leading teams performing various functions in global IT departments of these companies.
At Clarity, Shailaja plans to build a world class IT department to best serve the technology needs of this fast-growing organization. She intends to combine all IT functions – infrastructure, software development and electronic data interchange – into a cohesive, high performing team geared towards making meaningful contribution to the overall growth of Clarity.
Shailaja currently lives in Edison New Jersey with her husband, son, and dog. Outside of work, she likes to read and spend time with family and friends; traveling and visiting the outdoors where they can take their dog along.
Sandra Zarate, VP of Client Services at Clarity, is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in the benefits and service industry. Sandra has spent the majority of her career at Cigna Healthcare, where she held various leadership positions across customer and client-facing teams. Her expertise lies in creating differentiated, best-in-class service experiences with a focus on setting high standards.
Sandra started her career in the industry as a Customer Service Representative and worked her way up to become Sales Operations Director. Her experience includes roles as a Team Lead, Quality Analyst, Eligibility Supervisor, Customer Service Manager, and Client Services Director.
Sandra earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Phoenix and a Master's in Health Administration from the University of Hartford. She is passionate about employee benefits and making a difference in the lives of those she serves.
Sandra is based in Phoenix, Arizona, and is committed to positively impacting her community. When not helping clients, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Sandra is a huge foodie and loves to travel and experience new things.
She also started an unofficial non-profit volunteer event called "Super-bowl for the homeless" five years ago. This event brings together friends and family to cook and donate various supplies to the homeless, including clothing, haircuts, sanitary supplies, medical supplies, and food.
Chris Roddy is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in the industry. Throughout his career, he has held various key roles in operations and benefits administration, contributing to the success of several reputable organizations. Before joining Clarity, Chris served as the Vice President of Operations at Boon Group, where he played a vital role in managing the operational aspects of the company. Prior to that, he held the position of Executive Director of Operations at Axim Fringe Solutions Group, where he oversaw the strategic execution of operational initiatives. Chris's experience also includes working as a National Account Services Benefits Implementation Consultant at ADP, where he gained valuable insights into benefits administration processes. He had previously worked at Boon Group as the Director of Administration, showcasing his commitment and dedication to the company.
Currently, Chris holds the position of Vice President, Benefits Administration at Clarity. In this role, he leads the Benefits Administration Team, driving the development and implementation of comprehensive benefits programs for clients. His strategic mindset and extensive knowledge in benefits administration contributes to enhanced client relationships and business growth. Chris has a passion for delivering exceptional service and surpassing client expectations. He thrives on creating client delight by achieving outstanding results and continuously improving processes. Building high-performing teams, establishing robust procedures, and identifying opportunities for enhancements and efficiencies are among Chris's strengths. He firmly believes in taking ownership and fostering accountability, which forms the foundation of his leadership and client success strategies.
Throughout his career, Chris has continuously sought opportunities for professional growth and development by attending executive education courses through the University of Texas. Outside of work, Chris resides in the Austin, TX Metro Area. When he is not assisting clients with their employee benefit needs, he cherishes quality time with his wife, Jeannie, and their two children. Most weekends are spent rooting on his son at the ballpark. Additionally, Chris and his family enjoy traveling internationally and indulging in lake activities, creating memorable experiences together.
Overall, Chris Roddy is a dedicated professional with a wealth of experience, expertise in benefits administration, and a genuine passion for client satisfaction. His leadership, strategic vision and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset to Clarity and our clients.
David Leodore is a seasoned member of the Clarity Sales Team with over 10 years of experience in pre-tax consumer benefits, COBRA administration, and benefits administration technology.
David graduated Magna cum laude from Rutgers University – School of Business in 2012 and immediately joined the sales force at ADP. Within this role, he gained a deep understanding of payroll processing, pre-tax consumer benefits, health insurance, and employer-focused technologies. Upon his departure from ADP, David transitioned to a sales role at Liazon and found his passion for benefits administration platforms.
When David joined the Clarity Sales Team as a Senior Regional Manager in 2017, he brought with him years of industry knowledge and an expansive partner network. During his tenure, David continuously ranks as the top producer within Clarity’s world-class benefits administration technology solutions and services. He attributes this success to Clarity’s executive leadership, team culture, and white-glove approach to service.
While David resides in southern New Jersey with his wife and two daughters, he is responsible for driving sales growth within the Mid-Atlantic and various other territories throughout the country.
