Technology leader promoted to CTO as Clarity continues to advance its technology, automation, and innovation strategy
WOODBRIDGE, N.J. – Clarity Benefit Solutions, a leading provider of employee benefit administration solutions, today announced the promotion of Shailaja Srivastava to Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In her expanded role, Srivastava will lead Clarity’s technology vision and strategy, overseeing the company’s technology platforms, software development, infrastructure, security, data strategy, artificial intelligence initiatives, and innovation roadmap.
Srivastava joined Clarity in 2023 as Vice President of Information Technology and has played a key role in strengthening and evolving the company’s technology organization. During her tenure, she has helped advance Clarity’s infrastructure and development capabilities while bringing technology teams and functions together to support the company’s continued growth and increasingly technology-driven approach to benefits administration.

A seasoned technology leader with more than 19 years of experience, Srivastava is known for aligning technology strategy with business objectives and building high-performing global teams. Her expertise spans application development and support, technology operations, project management and service management. Prior to joining Clarity, she held technology leadership roles at Fiserv and Tata Consultancy Services.
As CTO, Srivastava will continue to focus on building a cohesive, high-performing technology organization while advancing solutions that make benefits administration simpler, more connected and more automated. Her leadership will be instrumental as Clarity continues to expand its technology capabilities and use innovation to improve the experience for employers, brokers and participants.
