September NAHU Event Recap

NAHU Conference

This September, the Clarity Benefit Solutions team was thrilled to be a part of three National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) events:

GWAHU Vendor Fair: Clarity was a Gold Sponsor at the Greater Washington Association of Health Underwriters (GWAHU) Vendor Fair in Rockville, Maryland on September 12th. This event helped members continue to expand their industry knowledge and introduced them to new medical carriers that were added to this year’s vendor fair. There was an additional focus on voluntary benefits as part of a comprehensive benefits plan.

As a Gold Sponsor, Clarity had the opportunity to speak to participants about our products as well as host an exhibit space. We got the chance to speak with many of the marketplace’s top carriers and share how our offerings contribute to the industry.

FAHU Educational Symposium. Clarity was an exhibitor at the Florida Association of Health Underwriters (FAHU) Symposium on September 12th-14th. During this three-day event, Clarity attended several speaker events on topics like compliance, positive mindset and planning, and value-based healthcare. There were also many breakout sessions and networking opportunity that let Clarity representatives mingle among other industry professionals, sharing ideas and fostering relationships.

This event was a great way for insurance professionals to kick off the fourth quarter strong, and prepare for open enrollment by sharing strategies, talking, and learning from colleagues.

NYAHU Vendor Fair. Clarity was a Sponsor at the New York State Association of Health Underwriters (NYAHU)’s Vendor Fair on September 20th. This was another great opportunity to speak to attendees as a Sponsor, and exhibit Clarity’s tools and industry-leading software.

The Impact

We’re honored to have these opportunities to be involved with organizations like NAHU. They are invaluable to the benefits sphere as they really bring broker concerns to the forefront of the industry. Not only are they advocates for brokers and the insurance community in Washington, but they provide community resources to truly help bring benefits into focus; working alongside organizations with missions similar to ours is the most effective way to have a positive impact on the industry.

We are also excited about these opportunities to network with experienced experts in our new markets as we did at the GWAHU and FAHU events. The knowledge that NAHU members have will continue to be a great resource as we continue to learn new and improved ways to assist brokers, employers, and employees in their navigation of employee benefits.
