You are receiving this notice because your previous employer has indicated you have either elected Direct Bill continuation coverage, or you are within your election period.
To continue to manage your Direct Bill coverage or to elect Direct Bill please use the Clarity Benefit Solutions Portal. To access the Portal, simply Login at www.claritybenefitsolutions.com and follow the prompts to Register. You will be asked to provide a One-time-Passcode which will be sent to the email or phone number you provided. Once logged in, choose the “Access your COBRA Coverage” tile.
Examples of information and tools you'll find on the Member Portal include:
1. Payment Information (last received and next due)
2. Coverage Information (plans and critical dates)
3. Copies of all communications we will send you
4. Make Payments Online
If you already elected Direct Bill, you will be mailed new coupons along with the new payment address:
