We are still finalizing the specific agenda items, but as you plan your travel, keep in mind the event begins Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. EDT, so if you are flying in or cannot make it there by 8:30 a.m., please consider arriving the evening of Monday, October 10. There are no sessions planned for this day, but we will have an optional happy hour and dinner for those who arrive early.

Driving in?
For those who are local to the resort and would not be flying in, we will provide transportation, as needed, from and back to our Clark and former Mechanicsburg office. If you choose to stay at the property, you can choose to just use the shuttle on Monday and Thursday. The shuttle will pick up on Monday at 2:00 p.m. and each day after at 6:30 a.m. and return after the evening activities. On Thursday the shuttle will return at 9:00 a.m. The distance from the Clark office to Crystal springs is 56 miles and the estimated travel time is one hour and 15 minutes, the distance from Mechanicsburg is 159 miles and the travel time is estimated to be three hours.

Flying in?
For employees traveling by air, all travel arrangements are to be made by Clarity corporate travel (see contact info below). When team members arrive at Newark airport they will need to take the Marriott shuttle to the Newark Marriot, located at the airport. We will have a hospitality suite with refreshments at the hotel and scheduled busses to bring you to the Cristal Springs resort. The resort is 55 miles from the airport and travel time is one hour and 15 minutes.

  • Hourly Wages: If you are a non-exempt employee, you will be paid for the hours you were scheduled on your travel days and the days attending the Summit. You will not be paid for attending after-hour activities or travel delays.
