Clarity Benefit Solutions has recently been retained by your previous employer to serve as your State Continuation administrator.
You are receiving this notice because your previous employer has indicated you have either elected State Continuation coverage, or you are within your election period.
To continue to manage your State Continuation coverage or to elect State Continuation please use the Clarity Benefit Solutions Portal. To access the Portal, simply Login at www.claritybenefitsolutions.com and follow the prompts to Register. You will be asked to provide a One-time-Passcode which will be sent to the email or phone number you provided. Once logged in, choose the “Access your COBRA Coverage” tile.
Examples of information and tools you'll find on the Member Portal include:
1. Payment Information (last received and next due)
2. Coverage Information (plans and critical dates)
3. Copies of all communications we will send you
4. Make Payments Online
If you already elected State Continuation, you will be mailed new coupons along with the new payment address:
