Eye masks for pain relief are not eligible for reimbursement with a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA).

If this is an over-the-counter (OTC) eye treatment medication, it would be fully eligible with an FSA, HSA, HRA or LPFSA.

Eyeglass accessories are not eligible for reimbursement with a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA).

A rhytidectomy, also known as a face lift, is not eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), health reimbursement arrangement (HRA), limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA) as it is considered a cosmetic procedure.
Face wash is not eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), health reimbursement arrangement (HRA), limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA) as it is considered a cosmetic product. However, if a face wash contains medicated ingredients that are used to treat a medical condition such as acne, it would be considered eligible.
Facial tissues are not eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), health reimbursement arrangement (HRA), limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA) as they are considered a cosmetic product.
Feminine hygiene products are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA) or health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). Feminine hygiene products are not eligible for reimbursement with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA).
