Your open enrollment dates are reflected on the mailed notice received . During the open enrollment period, you have an opportunity to enroll in or make changes to your current benefit elections. After Open Enrollment closes, you may only make a change to your health care benefits if you experience a Qualifying Life Event.
You currently participate in one or more of your prior employer’s group health plans through continuation of coverage.
During open enrollment you may make changes to your existing coverage(s) just as any active employee. It is your opportunity to:
- Change your elected coverage
- Add or remove eligible dependents to or from your elected plan(s)
Please ensure you complete your benefit selections by the open enrollment period end date.

The table in your mailed notice shows your currently elected benefit(s) and plan(s).
If you do not make a benefits selection during Open Enrollment, then you may be automatically:
- Renewed on your existing plan
- Dropped from your existing plan
- Moved to a new plan
