Current Status
The outage stems from technical issues Amazon Web Services (AWS) is currently experiencing. This is impacting our hosting service provider, Liquid Web and many of the sites they support nationwide, including the Clarity Portal.
AWS and Liquid Web are fully aware of the issue and are actively working to resolve it. Their teams are making progress in identifying the root cause and are investigating all potential solutions to ensure that services are restored promptly. They are committed to bringing all sites, including our portal back online and running smoothly as quickly as possible.

The Clarity Mobile App
For participants with an HSA, FSA, HRA, Wage Parity or our Commuter plans, you can still access all crucial data, submit claims and more using the Clarity Mobile app. The app is available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. Please keep in mind, registration from the Portal does not carry over. If you have not downloaded the app, you will need to register separately and set up a username and password.
