Clarity’s new technology eliminates setup headaches and renewal stress by making benefits administration nearly hands-free. By connecting once, Clarity automatically ingests, validates, and configures benefit programs with zero manual effort.

What it does:

  • Zero-Touch Setup – Clarity automatically configures every plan (FSA, HSA, HRA, Transit, LPFSA, COBRA-adjacent settings) by pulling plan designs, dates, limits, funding, classes, and payroll calendars directly from your ben-admin and payroll systems.
  • Automatic Enrollment – Participant records and elections are created instantly, including dependent enrollments where applicable.
  • Hands-Free Renewals – At renewal, settings and elections are re-pulled, reconciled, and finalized, requiring employer action only if an exception is flagged.

How it works:

  1. Connect via API, marketplace connector, or secure file integration (e.g., SFTP).
  2. Ingest & Normalize plan designs, effective dates, funding rules, payroll calendars, eligibility, demographics, and elections into Clarity schemas.
  3. Validate & Reconcile with compliance and product rules, surfacing only true exceptions in a lightweight review queue.
  4. Provision & Enroll plans, calendars, cards/accounts, and participants automatically.
  5. Renew seamlessly, no online forms, uploads, or redundant data entry.
