The 2018 Employee Navigator Conference took place June 13-15, at the historic Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, D.C. We were thrilled to have the opportunity to attend for the second year in a row.
This event brought together more than 700 thought leaders and industry experts each year to share knowledge, network, and train on the latest technology.
Knowledge Sharing & Hands-on Learning
The main focus of the conference was for users and members of the Employee Navigator Marketplace to share their expertise and learn from others. We participated in:
Hands-on training: Interactive training sessions allowed everyone to leave an expert in using the Employee Navigator, including new features.
Knowledge sharing: Networking sessions involving brokers and employers from around the country offered industry insights.
Speaking sessions: Panel discussions with speakers included John Crowley, CTO of Employee Navigator, and more.
The training and speaking sessions included tracks for beginners and advanced users so everyone could benefit, no matter their experience level.
The Employee Navigator: Bringing Employers and Brokers Together
The highlight of the conference was the unveiling of the new Employee Navigator user interface. The updated user interface features several shortcuts and enhanced capabilities for employers to leverage.
Employee Navigator also released several updates on the additions to their marketplace, including enhanced onsite enrollment support and new payroll partners. The marketplace now integrates carriers like never before, with streamlined processes and enhanced ease of use.
Now it is even easier for brokers and employers to work together to save time and money. During the conference, accomplished users discussed best practices, tricks and tips, and advanced ways to utilize the marketplace for your needs.
