You are receiving this notice because your previous employer has indicated that you have either already elected COBRA continuation coverage or are still within your election period.
If You Have Not Yet Elected COBRA
If you have not yet made your COBRA election, you now have two options for continuing health coverage:
Elect COBRA coverage through Clarity Benefit Solutions, or
Explore private health insurance options that may be a better fit for your needs.

From there, you can review your choices and complete your COBRA election online through the Clarity Portal if you wish to continue coverage.
If You Already Have COBRA Coverage
If you have already elected COBRA and would like to continue your current coverage, you can easily manage your account through the Clarity Benefit Solutions Portal.
Login: Visit www.claritybenefitsolutions.com and follow the prompts to register or log in.
Once logged in, select the “Access Your COBRA Coverage” tile.
On the Participant Portal, you can:
View payment details (last received and next due)
Review your coverage information (plans and critical dates)
Access copies of all communications we send you
Make secure online payments
If you already elected COBRA, you will receive new payment coupons along with the updated payment
