Incontinence supplies are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). Insect repellent is not currently eligible unless it is combined with sunscreen SPF 15 or greater and the primary purpose is sun protection.
