Urological products are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). However, in limited cases, such as a trauma or a medical condition that impacted the look and function of the teeth, account holders should speak with their benefits administrator for the possibility of approving this expense with appropriate documentation.

Veterinary fees are not eligible with flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), health reimbursement accounts (HRA), dependent care flexible spending accounts, and limited-purpose flexible spending accounts (LPFSA). Vet fees for a service animal are eligible.

Viagra is eligible for reimbursement with flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), and health reimbursement accounts (HRA) with a prescription. It is not eligible for reimbursement with dependent care flexible spending accounts and limited-purpose flexible spending accounts (LPFSA).
